Our commercial division specializes in apartment buildings and mixed-use properties, as well as retail, office and industrial facilities. Commercial appraisal reports will be quoted on an individual basis with typical turn-around times between 1 to 3 weeks.
Our office also has experience in all forms of residential property valuation, high-value estates, and 2-4 unit buildings. Average residential turnaround time is from two to five business days after the inspection. Upon receiving an order, the borrower is contacted within 24 hours to schedule an appointment. Our policy is to keep our client informed at all times; we provide an email notifying the client of the status change or any unforeseen delays pertaining to the completion of the report.
